Unmask & Align — Recognition Tool

Do you have
AuDHD?

A recognition tool. Not a diagnosis.

Maybe someone said something recently that you can't quite put down. Maybe your kid got assessed, and the report used language that landed somewhere it wasn't supposed to.

Or there was no single moment — just an accumulation, a late night, and a search bar, and this.

AuDHD isn't ADHD with some autism mixed in, or the other way round. It's both, running in the same nervous system at the same time — sometimes reinforcing each other, sometimes pulling in opposite directions. These nine prompts pull from both, not just one.

No score in the clinical sense, no verdict — just a look at which patterns are actually running underneath your day.

Takes about three minutes.

This tool can't tell you whether you have AuDHD. Nothing built for the web can. It can only show you whether it's worth finding out properly — from someone qualified to actually assess it.

One recognition tool can't diagnose you. A professional can.

This doesn't confirm anything on its own — it was never built to. What it can do is show you whether the pattern is worth taking further: a conversation with your GP, or a private assessment, the way an actual diagnosis actually gets made.

If several of these landed, that's worth taking seriously. Not because a website told you so — because you're the only person who actually knows what you just recognised.
